Job Summary:

A Project Manager at Evolved is the leader of a specified Lighting Project that oversees the entire crew and holds the most responsibility for seeing that a job gets completed.

Job Duties:

  • Ongoing Communication with Site Foreman, Crew, Senior Project Manager, Customer(s), via email, phone, text messages
  • Sets installation schedule and employee schedule for the duration of the project
  • Manage employee time cards and job costing in T-Sheets
  • Regularly complete and submit Daily Reports, 4 Week Look Ahead, Completion Percentage Reports, Weekly Evolved Progress Reports, Warranty/Defective Product Reports
  • Conduct and complete crew Mid-Year and End of Year performance reviews
  • Ensure Evolved Policies and Processes are implemented onsite
  • Ensure Evolved Safety Policies and Process are implemented onsite
  • Ensures materials and products purchased are free of defects and/or document defects accordingly
  • Assist Site Foreman to ensure the project is on schedule, budget and Evolved’s installation standards and policies are being followed by all

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Valid State Issued Driver’s License
  • Intermediate Computer Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to lead and multitask
  • Lift Experience
